Kusal Mendis' Century - SL vs ENG 2nd ODI

Kusal Mendis demonstrated excellent shot selection and timing to score a century, particularly excelling in finding gaps and rotating the strike.

His ability to read the length early allowed him to either go back or step forward decisively, ensuring he was in a strong position for each shot.

Junior players should focus on developing a clear trigger movement and watching the ball closely from the bowler's hand to improve their shot selection and timing.
